With the support of my family, friends and my passions about photography, i took the chance to take another step forward capturing weddings photo and started to build up this business by myself using all the knowledge which i learned during my study. Alhamdulillah, everything goes very well, even though there are lot of challenge that i have to face. Doing business alone is not an easy things, thanks to Allah for giving me courage to stay strong and keep my business going..
First of all thanks to all who visiting my photo blog.. I'am Azfar Jasmi, from Alor Setar, Kedah, an easy going person, don't talk much but not a quiet type, friendly, that's it i guess.. I previously working with a UK based company handling those international event and now I am the founder of AZFAR JASMI photography, a Degree holder in BBA (Hons) Marketing from UiTM who love to capture images and already in the Wedding photography business for 2 years (quite new) since middle of 2009.
I entered this photography world without any basic as i don't have any background in photography. Not to say that i'am talented or gifted, but i do love photography since i was a little kid..My father actually a camera lover,he own a few camera include a Nikon EM (which i occasionally using it now) and others is just a point and shoot film camera.. i used to bring his camera to school and always love to capture pics.. But i never think i will end up capturing photos for my living but i do love and enjoy it and never regret :)
Started off as a part time photographer for 2 years until 1st May 2011 founded AZFAR JASMI photography and becoming a full time photographer base in Alor Setar, Kedah but willing to travel accross the country to serve clients who appreciate the style and the way of me capturing images.

Honestly, i never attend any photography classes, all i do is learn from mistakes, internet, books, magazine and after all the try an error, finally i found my own style in capturing photos which i hopes people enjoy watching it, and feel the moment in it.. not only in wedding photo, but also a modern portraiture photo, travel photo (as i do love to travel) and etc..but all this 3 (wedding,modern portraiture, and travel) is really are my passion..
For now, i'am still learning to be better, perhaps i will never stop learning and hopefully i can satisfy my client with great photos and do the best i can for them as it also will definitely satisfy me as well.. I admit that i am still new in this field and i do wish one fine day i will achieve a greater progress by achieving some recognition by the photography communities. I also hope i can do a lot more travel photography and travel blog as travelling is really are my things.
InsyaAllah with all the support, pray, courage and passion in doing photography, i hope everything will turn out to be very well indeed, and for my future/previous client hopefully all that i am doing will satisfy(ed) you guys because my priority is to capture the happy and endearing moments where my clients are at their best..
